Baked Spinach Eggs and Cheese
6-8 servings
8- eggs
1 - 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 - stick butter, melted
1 - 12 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
1- 24 oz. container of small curd cottage cheese
7 - tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
combine all ingredients the night before
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
pour into a greased baking dish
bake 1 hour or until lightly golden brown
